RULES & REGULATIONS


1. Students should wear their Identity Card and Bus / Van Card in School at all times.
2. Students coming by their own conveyance should reach well before time. Students arriving after the Assembly will not be allowed to enter the School.
3. Students are not allowed to bring mobilephones to the School. If anyone is caught, the same shall be confiscated and returned to parents only.
4. Students should be habitually clean and always be neatly dressed. The School uniform should be worn on all working days and for all School Functions. Students who are slovenly dressed or not in uniform will be sent home. Use of hair gel is not allowed. Wearing low waist trousers is forbidden.
5. Students are allowed to come to School in casual dresses only on their birthdays. They may distribute sweets to their classmates.
6. All boys (except Sikhs) must keep their hair short and get hair cut at regular intervals.
7. All Sikh boys must wear turbans from Class IX and above. A patka may be worn only while playing games.
8. No books or magazines should be brought to the School other than text books or Library books.
9. Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is not allowed.
10. Students who come to School escorted should never leave before the escort arrives. In case of delay, they should report to the School office.
11. Parents and Guardians may meet the Principal during the Office hours only, the Teachers may be consulted on monthly PTM's. No Parents are allowed in the Class Rooms during School hours.
12. Students are not allowed to use the School telephone without the permission of the Receptionist. They will not be called to answer phone calls when in class.
13. Office Bearers should wear their respective badges daily.
14. Students should respect the School property. No student should damage any furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others.
15. Students are not allowed to bring any sharp instruments such as knives etc. or any kind of object that may cause injury to others.
16. The school is not responsible for any goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles like expensive watches or fountain pens to School.
17. It is expected that the junior Amtulians be treated with love and affection, while the juniors show full respect to their seniors. There should be perfect harmony between all the students.
18. All Amtulians are advised to respect their elders in and out of School Campus.
